This photograph was taken about 1907 in Morris County, Texas

Seated:  Margaret Morgan Taylor (30 November 1839 – 8 August 190) and William F. Taylor (19 February 1841 – 28 April 1914)

Standing: Six of their nine children.   The photo was probably taken after the death of the elder daughter, Mary Frances Taylor, who died on 14 October 1906.    Since Margaret Morgan Taylor died on 8 August 1908, this photo appears to have been taken sometime between those two dates.

I cannot identify the sons individually, but the living children circa 1907 would have been -- in birth order:

• John Jefferson Taylor (16 April 1861 – 7 May 1950)
• Wilson Taylor (13 October 1863 – 28 November 1938)
• James T. Taylor (14 June 1866 – 24 November 1944)
• William Andrew Taylor (5 June 1868 – 12 December 1932) He was living in Oklahoma at this time and may be missing from the photo.
• Henry B. Taylor (8 July 1870 – 30 August 1925)
• Samuel Taylor (September 1876 – 9 January 1909)
• Walter B. Taylor (19 February 1879 – 26 June 1932)
• Lucy E. Taylor (16 March 1885 – 30 January 1936)
